Andrew isn’t just from Barbados — he embodies Barbados. Born and raised on the island, he’s a proud Bajan whose roots run deep.
Fran was born and raised in Germany before relocating to Canada with her family at the age of 17.
Together, Andrew and Fran share a genuine passion for Barbados and take pride in offering guests an elevated, personalized experience. Fran’s fluency in both German and English allows the team to provide seamless, high quality tours for German speaking visitors seeking a more exclusive and comfortable experience.

I’ve visited Barbados many times and taken plenty of island tours, but no one embodies the spirit of Barbados like Andrew. His tour feels less like a guide at work and more like an old friend showing you his favourite spots. His personal stories at each stop make the experience unforgettable. He genuinely loves his island—and by the end, you can’t help but fall in love with Barbados too.
